OUR MISSION: THE MISSION OF THE SMEDC IS TO SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE LOCAL ECONOMY THROUGH THE ATTRACTION, RETENTION AND ORGANIC GROWTH OF NEW AND LOCAL BUSINESSES.
The San Marcos Economic Development Corporation is a non-profit 501(c)6 corporation formed in 1997. This membership driven group brings together the leaders of the public and private sectors to promote the economic, educational, and cultural interests of the community of San Marcos.
